We  invite you to join our organization.  This chapter of the Military Officers Association of America not only provides social activities for current and former officers and warrant officers of the uniformed services, but also has a community outreach  purpose.  Current members may use the join form for change of address and payment of dues.

 You are invited to get the chapter's monthly newsletter.  Please send your email address to support@suncoastmoaa.org so that you can begin receiving the newsletter by email.  You do not have to be a Chapter member to receive the email newsletter.

Upcoming and Recent Events:

GENERAL MEETING:  (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CHAPTER MEMBER TO ATTEND OUR DINNERS AND OTHER EVENTS)

The General Meeting is held the 4th Tuesday of each month, except May through August & Dec.  May and December meetings are usually scheduled earlier in the month.  All members should attend, and guests are invited.  Most general  meetings are dinner meetings held at the Spartan Manor Restaurant, 6121 Massachusetts Ave., New Port Richey, Fl.  Social hour starts at 6 PM, and dinner is served at 7 PM.

FEBRUARY 20, Trip to Armed Forces Military Museum, Largo.

FEBRUARY 23, DINNER MEETING.

March 20, A Day at the Races.

April 10, bus trip to Mount Dora.  

nOVEMBER 12, "oKLAHOMA" AT THE SHOW PLACE DINNER THEATER.  mORE INFORMATION TO FOLLOW.

RECENT EVENTS:

JANUARY AND FEBRUARY DINNER MEETINGS.  The speaker at this meeting was E. Honey Dalton of the
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services of Florida, Inc.  Speaking at the February meeting was Lt. Frank Laton of the Pasco Sheriff's Department speaking of self preservation.
FLAGS OF AMERICA.  At the November 2009 dinner meeting and soon at the February Wives Club, Chapter member Jerry Miller made the presentation "Flags of America".  The presentation was extremely well received.
STARLITE MAJESTY CRUISEIn January 2010, the Chapter sponsored a luncheon cruise on the Starlite Majesty.  In addition to a delightful lunch, the cruise featured a smooth jazz performance.  Pictures courtesy Bob and Liz Wiggins, and Carolyn Schenk.
 

OFFICER'S WIVES CLUB:

The Officer's Wives Club meets the third Wednesday of each month (except May through August).  The meeting place is Spartan Manor, 6121 Massachusetts Avenue, New Port Richey, Florida.  The next meeting will be February 17th.  The program will be "The History of Our Flag" by Chapter Member Maj. Jerry Miller.
