We  invite you to join our organization.  This chapter of the Military Officers Association of America not only provides social activities for current and former officers and warrant officers of the uniformed services, but also has a community outreach  purpose.  Current members may use the join form for change of address and payment of dues.

 You are invited to get the chapter's monthly newsletter.  Please send your email address to support@suncoastmoaa.org so that you can begin receiving the newsletter by email.  You do not have to be a Chapter member to receive the email newsletter.

GENERAL MEETING:  (YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A CHAPTER MEMBER TO ATTEND OUR DINNERS AND OTHER EVENTS)

The General Meeting is held the 4th Tuesday of each month, except May through August & Dec.  May and December meetings are usually scheduled earlier in the month.  All members should attend, and guests are invited.  Most general  meetings are dinner meetings held at the Spartan Manor Restaurant, 6121 Massachusetts Ave., New Port Richey, Fl.  Social hour starts at 6 PM, and dinner is served at 7 PM. 

UPCOMING EVENTS: 

Annual Picnic - The Chapter's yearly picnic will be held May 17 at Anderson Park.
JROTC Scholarship Awards.  During late April and early May, the chapter will award checks and certificates to seven outstanding JROTC cadets at seven different high schools in the area.
US Academy Appointees.  A program honoring the United States academy appointees and their parents will be held on May 29.  Our chapter is one of the sponsors, and Bob Frankel and Bob Wiggins from the chapter are on the West Point Advisor Committee.

April Dinner Meeting - April 22nd featured David and Rich Prace of the West Pasco Historical Society as speakers.  Quite interesting.
THE MUSEUM OF SCIENCE AND INDUSTRY (MOSI) - Trip to MOSI in Tampa April 7th was a huge success,
Scholarship award - The 2007 recipient expresses her appreciation to the Chapter.
Project Gratitude - Honored its latest chaplains returning from a war zone on February 4th.
Chapter's 25th Anniversary - Anniversary dinner meeting, 27 November.  Also see some historical pictures and information here.
Coast Guard Station tour  - Was held in early November 2007.

OFFICER'S WIVES CLUB:

The Officer's Wives Club meets the third Wednesday of each month (except May through August).  The meeting place is Spartan Manor, 6121 Massachusetts Avenue, New Port Richey, Florida.  The next meeting will be September 17th.  Yearly dues ($10) will be due at that time.
