MEAL RESERVATION

Please mail your check payable to Suncoast Chapter, MOAA, for $18.00 per person, tips and gratuity included, and meal selection to Secretary, Suncoast Chapter, P.O. Box 854, Port Richey, Fl., 34673-0854. We will base our count to Spartan Manor on the number of reservations that we receive.
